Owned by The University of Surrey, The Surrey Research Park is located 1/2 mile off of the main A3 London to Portsmouth trunk road and approximately 11/2 miles from Guildford town centre.

Guildford, itself, is a major centre in Surrey and South East England, set in the Surrey hills with excellent road and rail communications to London, the airports and motorway networks.

The town is a vibrant commercial centre with plentiful restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities.
